Insert, rotate, and manipulate stretch action between two points

Does anyone know how to rotate an object between two points explicitily to match a line using the move command?  I dont know the numerical angle (or care) but I want to align the object to another reference line.  Is this done with the aling command instead?  I can't figure out a way to do it with align either.rotate object.GIF

Hi, it looks like you're trying to make a drive chain, which I would probably try doing using primarily revolute joints.  To facilitate this process, I would probably try making a hierarchy of sorts of subcomponents (I don't have access to Fusion for awhile to try the idea), where after making several jointed subcomponent links within a parent component, I would copy-paste that component several times and joint together, then copy-paste the component containing all those links, etc. to fairly quickly get to the desired number.  You can also make invisible linear (and possibly circular) guides for linear/sliding joints to guide your chain to follow a desired path, such as shown on this thread:
