Insert a fastener on a cylinder surface

I'm trying to use the Insert Fastener feature to add a screw to a hole through the curved surface of a cylinder.  I can select the hole, but because it is a cylinder, I also need to select a "Second Geometry" which is a Planar Face.  This is where I'm struggling: what might that planar face be?  I've created a tangent construction plane at the hole but that doesn't work.

It would seem that the hole must have a planar face itself as per https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Unable-to-insert-f... 

I edited the hole to have a 0.1mm counterbore.
