indefinite save to cloud; offline workaround didn't solve

Two of my files have been trying to save to the cloud for a few days now (rolling donuts in the data panel; image below).  I found the workaround to go offline, make some changes, save, and then go back online, but the endless uploads are still going.

What else should I try?

Thanks,

jamie

Hi @jamie.q.white ,

In order to help diagnose and solve the issue, I would need to see your log files. Can you send me (kris.berg@autodesk.com) your logs?  To retrieve your logs, go to the help (?) menu and select "Diagnostic Log Files".

Thank you,

Kris Berg

Hey Jamie

I just saw your post, I can help with that since I don't know whats going on. But what got my attention in this post is that I wonder if you have design the whole bike or just the bottom bracket.

If so, have you got any sort of portfolio online?

Cheers!

If this solved your issue please mark this posting "Accept as Solution". Or if you like something that was said and it was helpful, Kudoskudos.PNG are appreciated. Thanks!!!! Smiley Happy

Hi @jamie.q.white ,

Although I haven't recieved your logs yet, I sent you a private message on a possible workaround for your problem.  Let me know if it worked for you.  If it did not work, please send your logs and I will look into it.

Thank you,

Kris Berg

Hi Kris,

The workaround you sent me privately appears to have worked.  However, I ran the setenv terminal command before starting Fusion 360 for the day (still on first coffee and not thinking), so I did not verify that the donuts were still rolling before running the command.  They were running last night when I shut down.

I emailed my log file to you directly.  I hope it is helpful.

thanks a lot for the assistance!  Community support for F360  has been great!
