I have part files that I want to "insert into current design".  After that I want to "break the link" to that file.  When looking at the information on that file I see that it is "in use by"  my partner.  My partner has completely backed out of my invitation and we don't think he has ever opened those files.  Why is he still listed as using that file?

How can I delete those files when they are still "in use by"?

Thanks,

CMP

Hi CMP,

here is a workaround, how you could "remove" the "in use by" flag.

- invite your colleague again into your project

- he needs to only Open and Close that particullar document

Now the "in use by" flag should disappear.

Please, let me know if it works for you.

Regards

 Roman
