Importing STEP file to one Solid

I've imported the STEP file into fusion for Manufacturing but I need these to be joined as one and can't seem to figure out how. Any help is appreciated.

looks to me like it is already a single body:

When I click on a contour it highlights a cylinder. It's not joined as one
part. I'm a machinist and use the CAM side more. I've never worked with a
step file before but I got it got to this point. Usually when programming I
start with a Solid part not one that is broken up.
