imported font doesnt extrude

Hi,

I imported this new font as ttf and its displayed correctly in the sketch. However if I try to extrude it I get "tool body creation failed"

the cube next to it is in the same sketch and works normally (file attached).

Any ideas?

Thanks for uploading the file, unfortunately this time it doesn't help as I don't have the font you used so the sketch is blank. One thing you could try is edit the sketch then right click the text and pick Explode Text to convert it to curves. As curves you might see some of the characters don't shade because of gaps you can also try extruding each letter to find which is the problem. If you still can't get it to work upload the file with the exploded text. What is the font you used by the way.

Yes right the font is orator std. I had to convert it from otf to ttf which worked on another fonts just some days ago.

When I explode the text I get "could not retrieve profiles of the selected texts" i have the feeling that the conversion didnt really work or something is wrong with the font file. maybe ill try another converter
