When importing an NX (.prt) assembly all the named layers are missing and every piece of the model comes in as a separate body.

Fusion 360 doesn't have layers, so I'm not sure what is expected in this case. Does something strike you as incorrect about the current behavior? Are you saying the the resulting top-assembly > sub-assembly > component > body "browser" structure is unexpected behavior? There's not a lot of import options, so this may be one for the Ideastation.

Have you tried uploading the PRT file to the project in your hub's dashboard to see if the viewer follows a similar browser structure? I note that this will not translate the file, only viewer data will be created.

I hope that helps.

Thanks,
