When i importing a model from FUSION 360 (STL) in ARTCAM appear jagged edges?
How to prevent this problem?

Have you tried using a different file format? Like an IGES file?

Another possibility may be to use the CAM environment native in Fusion 360.

You might be interested to know that with the Autodesk ArtCAM 2018.1 Update, you can now export a quadrangle mesh in OBJ format from Autodesk ArtCAM Standard 2018 or Autodesk ArtCAM Premium 2018. For further information on the Autodesk ArtCAM 2018.1 Update, click here.
