Image quality in animation mode

Good day,

Is there some way to improve the quality of the captured image in Animation Mode? I have an image of an exploded assembly which I want to use in a technical manual, but the quality of the image is too poor to use.

I have played around with my Preference settings, but get no improvement.

Thanks,

Leon

My Understanding is that the Capture Image command on the File command is limited by your hardware (screen resolution). Do you have access to a computer with higher resolutions to try from?

If you're using the Limit Effects... option in the Help > Graphics Diagnostics dialog, you should try disabling that option.

Another preference that might impact quality is the Limit effects when graphics memory is low..

Perhaps you could try creating a 2D Drawing of the exploded view and publishing that to a PDF?

There are a few Ideas posted in the Ideastation for adding Rendering options for the Animation environment.

You may want to vote these up to add support for this feature enhancement request.

I hope this helps.

Is there any way to render an animation? I mean render a video in high quality not just a image of an exploded model?
