I see no TOS options on the autodesk website.

Jan 30 here, windows 10. I've been using Fusion 360 for over a year. On program start this morning I am told I did not agree to the TOS and to log in to agree. I cannot login through the fusion app and I see no TOS options on the autodesk website. The error message could have had a helpful link to the appropriate page.
Once the dialog box goes away I'm seeing a cloud with a red line through it in the top right corner and a message that says "communications breakdow, fusion is going offline, fusion could not get required information from our servers. fusion will automatically return to online mode once this information is retrieved."
How do I get past this and get back to work?
