I need help with the sweep tool

I've been stuck on this for over a week now with Fusion360, i'm trying to use the sweep tool on a curved face around the perimeter of a shape, but I'm having are hard time using the tool, could you please explain to me how to do correctly. I attached an f3d file with the angle i'm trying to put on the face.

Sketch1 does not have any dimensions and is not constrained about the Origin.

When I add the dimensions - the geometry comes out perfect.
How are you creating perfect geometry without dimensions?

Please tell me you are not deleting the dimensions.

Is this a novel design, never before seen by man, woman or beast?

Or do  you have a photo of something similar or a link to a web image of something similar?

Have you gone through the Tutorials?

Is this a class assignment?

I used 4 circles to create the shape, more than likely when I used the trimming tool them the circle dimension were removed, but there is a point where each center of the circle was at. I did get someones help earlier and he sent me a photo but he never sent me the f3d file on how he did it, I'll attach the picture below

Going by the picture - your spline sketch makes more sense once Sketch1 is moved to the Origin.

But once again - your spline does not have any dimensions and is not constrained to the existing geometry.

What are you attempting to model?  The picture doesn't look aesthetically pleasing to me.

Didn't you notice the blue geometry (depending on your color scheme) indicating unconstrained geometry?

You should not be able to eat or sleep until tracking down issues like this.

I try to use as few nodes as possible in a spline, and use primitive tangent arcs if possible rather than spline.

That's where I'm finding the trouble is constraining the spline the geometry, when I try to apply it the shape it lays flat and does not sweep the whole perimeter, but I'm not concerned with the aesthetics of the shape.
