I joined all five sides of my design, but then I realized that the top and one of the sides were cut. I want to fill in this space, but I don't know how. The 4 holes are the edges of the blue shaded surfaces is where I joined my sides, but the cut through the bottom of the surface to the side is where its been cut and I need a full filled surface. Please help.

I reckon the objection is the blue highlit area in the attached image. Notice there are several features tagged with Yellow, warning of Missing References, in the Timeline; if you Suppress (Right Click > Suppress) the last-yellow Extrude/next-to-last Extrude in the Timeline, the errant cuts identified in the image here are removed. Of course, you could just delete that feature, too, depending on your intent.
You would be best served by addressing warnings in the Timeline as soon as they develop. Attending to that first error, the Sketch supporting an Extrusion is missing. Oddly, the Sketch appears later in the Timeline, displaced from the Extruded Body to another plane- I'm guessing the Sketch was either dragged to the right in the Timeline, or the original Sketch was copied and deleted after being used for the Extrusion, then a new Sketch created and the contents Pasted. An inexplicable, un-forced error.
There are other compelling issues, as there is significant conflicting geometry. In addition to the joint misplacement cited in a previous post, the base slots are not angled to receive related tabs. Such conflicts may be discovered by selecting Inspect > Interference, producing a visualization as seen in this image:
