I imported a STEP file. Many parts are refer to each other and make editing hard

I'm working on Fusion while a partner works on Solidworks. They recently sent me this file, but I'm having a hard time editing it. I've attached a video demonstrating the main problem that I'm running into at the moment.

You are moving Bodies.  You want to be moving Components.  Select Components from the dropdown in the "Move Object" field.
