I don´t make draw line

 i have trouble. I can´t  make draw tangent to elipse.

I would recommend not trimming the ellipse.  Fusion will work fine with untrimmed curves, and you will be better off leaving this as a full ellipse:

You saw my file and sreen? I have no problem with how the ellipse is formed. I have a problem, what this method doesn't work in my models.

I was expecting that when someone answered a question, so strange on the real problem.
