I thought you were able to insert different models/components into the same drawing but it seems as if I can no longer accomplish that. Am I missing something?  I want Component "A" from Model 1 and Component "B" from Model 2 in the same drawing.

Working on one now that I have two separate sheets that each has two components from the same model. You cannot add components from two separate models (eg, two different files).

Hi Brian,

Including views from separate models (f3d) in the same drawing (f2d) is not possible.  Technically, you can do it if the separate models are inserted as xrefs into the same parent design, and then you create a drawing from that parent design which contains views of the individual components, but ultimately a drawing can only reference a single f3d.  We do have support for this on our roadmap.

Thanks,
Chris
