I can’t Cloud Render with my startup license

I just renewed my startup license and all of a sudden I can not cloud render. It is asking me to buy credits m, something I have never had to do. How do I fix this?

Thank you for posting!

Startup license includes all features for rendering when using local resources, but if you want to use the Cloud rendering feature you have to use Cloud Credits.
