Hi Im new to fusion 360, and I have been working to design a shark skin denticle. I am having problems with the middle spine part called the middle riblet. I have tried curving a triangle but I still haven't gotten anywhere. Can someone please help. I will link a picture of what I am trying to achieve down below

Loft - use the top curve as a rail, and 3 partial ellipse curves, front centre and rear. Make it oversize and cut back to shape.

You could try to use the Create Form function and make a cylinder Fill the hole and start modifying the form to get your Scale.  You could also think of a subtractive method where you make a solid cylinder then cut away parts with lofts between two new planes you create.   It might even be easier to only try to do half of the scale since it is symmetric, focus on one half then mirror the body for the second half.

Dimensions to suit you,

As it is you can pull and push the geometry to make it look right....
