How can I create this dimension? I understand you could modify the part to not have a fillet, and then just add a note that it should be filleted, but I won't do that for many reasons.

place a point close to where the red lines intersect, then add a coincident constraint between the point and each of the lines.

fyi-if you create a dim between the corners before creating the fillets, fusion does what's described above for you when you create the fillets.

Hi,

Are you going to extrude this shape to use it? If so you would be better leaving the square corners fully dimensioned

and extruding the shape then using the filleting tools to shape the extrusion. This kind of thing you are trying to do

can be done but it is fiddly on complex sketches. A good way to model with fusion is to set up the basic shapes with

simple sketches and then use the tools on the model. This way you have fully defined geometry that fusion calculates

from when you craft the various shapes in the model.

Cheers

well crap, just realized your talking about in drawings, not in the modeling space.  when I have a min I'll answer that.  oops

one of 2 ways, one of each shown here-

the point on the left was created with the edge extension tool under the drawings geometry tab-

the one on the right was created in the modeling environment.  projected the face of the solid into a sketch, selecting construction  line type for the projected lines.  then placed a point as previously described.  then when your in drawings you can toggle the visibility of this sketch on and use the point to dimension to.
