How to workout pipe notching angles and lengths

I have following schetch for a frame which should be 1820mm long :

Used "Pipe" command to create pipes around the sketch, which worked out quiet nice but the new component created by the pipe command is now longer than the sketch (total of: 1964mm):Pipe_join_final_dimensions.png

I would like to work out notching angles for the pipes. I assume that notching angles should be 22.5 degrees but is there a way in fusion 360 to validate or measure that?

Also how do I specify bending

See image below:Pipe_join.png

The reason I am asking questions is because I need to provide above dimensions to laser cutting/pipe bending shop so that they can produce it as per specification.

After making the model with pipes, you can make another sketch with same sketch plane,

Project > Intersect the body/s, and dimension the new sketch.

But if you don't need the bodies, if you offset the centre line by half pipe diameter.
