how to save weight on a part that si going to be 3D printed

Sorry that I am not familiar with the terminology used in 3D world. 

 

Once I attended a seminear about 3D printers and the representator did a demonstration that he picked up a solid body model (say a cylinder) and put it into a program, then program automatically generated something like below by removing parts but still mechanically strong

Is it possible to do such thing in Fusion 360? or what tool can I use to generate optimized parts in that fashion?

No there isn't a tool in Fusion for this as far as I know.

SolidThinking's Inspire software does this.

Stuff like this has to be done manually in Fusion.

The image you show has a lot of very dramatic overhangs, so on a standard filament deposition 3d printer you might have problems printing it.  Those overhangs are going to curl up because of the uneven cooling on the plastic and may cause problems with the print head banging into the curled up portions.  Diamond shapes might be better to have less dramatic overhangs.

 

The overhangs are not as much of a problem if you are not using an FDM printer though, like the ones that use the powder or the laser sla ones.
