How to retrieve design from previous Fusion 360 account

My free Fusion 360 account expired at the end of 2019, and I then subscribed for a paid account.  There a couple of designs that I would like to retrieve from my old, free, account.   Is there any way I can do this?  I still have the old password, etc.

Are they single designs or distributed designs with linked parts or 2d drawings? If they're single designs you can download the part as an f3d then upload to you new account. If it's a distributed design download just the top level assembly and you'll get an f3z file containing all designs in the assembly. If you have a 2d drawing linked to a part design just download the 2d drawing and you'll get a f3z file with the 2d drawing and 2d design.

You need to do the downloads from the online dashboard then upload the designs from Fusion's data panel.

Mark,
In the end I was able to re-access my expired account.  I found my way to the A360 portal, which had all the designs.  From there I exported them and it was done.
