How to remove lines from cutting shape on object

I have made an object, drawn rectangles at the edges and made a cut. Now I have the lines from the rectangles left in the object. How can I remove them? Or must I re-draw the sketch with the cuts as an outline?

Thanks for raising your query onto Autodesk Forum.

The "preferences->General->Design->Auto hide sketch on feature creation" option is automatically hide sketch whenever a feature is created from it. It is tick on default.

Can you please check the option at your end? It might be untick for you, please verify and comment if any.

Please untick Sketches option from as indicated in attached snap "Display setting-Object Visibility-Sketches.png".
