How to remove an edge in a design

Hi

As you can see from the following edge in the design I am working on, I would like to remove the edge and align it with the other plates:

This project has been done by adding separate components together.

I was wondering if there was a simple way to create a plane at the angle and then remove the extra edge?

Split body and a sketch or creating a sketch are my solutions. A new plane is not need. But instead using the face for the split you could use a offset plane with distance 0. But this might be just one unneeded step.

A lot of instruction packed into a tight package, that- particularly the foresight to emphasize the use of Remove instead of Delete.   Very nice.   You've saved Lan from the frustration of Fusion healing a part as quick as it can be Deleted.
