How to pull diameter of a pipe to BOM/parts list?

Hello,

So I'm working on making a technical drawing out of a model. Well I wanted to do only the drawing since I have a sketch made by hand that I wanted to digitize, but it turns out I have to actually model something for Fusion to pull the drawing.

So I made a model of a muffler using a sketch with mostly only lines to which I applied create -> pipe with specific diameters. Now I have a couple of questions for that:

Is there a better or more efficient way of creating pipes (they don't have to be hollow as I only need them for a technical drawing with dimensions and such) in this manner? Preferably one which allows me to pull a diameter of a pipe and not "height x width"?

Is there a way to edit Parts List, its size, specific texts?

Right now the only way I actually got something useful on parts list is by going into preferences of each component and manually typing stuff in 'description' box. I don't think that's how it's done...is it? There has to be a more efficient way to pull the data automatically...hopefully?

I've attached my fusion file along with an exported PDF of my technical drawing with the parts list. I'd really like to have a diameter and length in the parts list, is it possible?
