How to print to scale?

We have a 36" plotter that we use to make full size prints of jobs. I would like to know how to use the plotter with Fusion to create these full size prints. I've fooled around with the drawing workbench, but I can't even figure out how to tell it to use the correct paper size, much less get it to print to scale. This is a necessary function for any cad program, so I'm sure Fusion has it, and I'm just missing something.

Any resolution as of May 2023? I create a “C” size drawing in Fusion 360, set the scale to 1:1 and insert my design. I save it to PDF file icon on the Fusion 360 menu then I send the PDF file to Kinkos FedEx (a local printing service vendor). They print the PDF and it is about 4.4% too large. Can this be corrected?
