How to pin menus to a new location?

Is there a way I can pin all menu pop-ups (sketch, extrude, revolve, etc.) to the left side of the screen? I know I can move each menu and pin it individually, but that is tedious, and it reverts back to the right side when Fusion is restarted. 

The reason I want to move it is that everything is on the left side anyway, so moving my eyes and cursor to the right requires more distance and time. I come from other CAD programs where everything is on the left, so I got used to it being there as well.

We have all menu pop-ups on left side by default.

Are you sure, I've been using Fusion for many years now, and EVERYTHING pops up on the right by default for me as the OP states.

Everything always pops up on the right. The only things that are pinned to the left are the sketches, bodies, components, annotations, origin. All other dialog windows are on the right side.

when you reposition you're pop up, do you wait for the

green bar to appear before dropping? see video-

Yes I do. But when I restart fusion, everything reverts back to the right side. 

To my other statement though, this is tedious to have to do one at a time. I would like the option to apply to all the windows.
