How to move one component to new file

I have a file containing several compoenents and bodies, but I only want to move one of them (body or component) to it's own file. How do I do that?

You can save a component as a separate design.  Just select the component in the browser, right click and choose "Save Copy As":

which brings up the Save Component Copy As dialog, which lets you choose the project and folder:
