How to modify inner dimension while maintaining a user offset parameter?

I am needing to make a few different size cookie cutters while maintaining a few parameter defined widths. In this instance I am wanting to adjust the "blue" area and keep the rest of the areas the same. So if I resize this to 50% the handle and blade area will still say 5mm and .8mm.

Is this possible?Screenshot_7_13_19__8_10_PM.jpg

Hi,

I created it once. The second offset (0.7) is missing, because I could not recognize it unambiguously.

Note the parameter list.

Thanks! How do you link the ***_Real to the design so it changes when you modify the Factor?

Hi,

The xx_base dimensions are set and do exist only in the parameter list.
The calculated parameters xx_real are used in the sketch.
