How to manipulate joints

Hi, all. I'm a total newb to Fusion 360. Trying to teach myself how to use it with Youtube videos and forums like this one.
I started building a pipe clamp based on this tutorial.
Great tutorial, but at the end, he runs out of time and just imports already-built components.
Anyway, I've gone ahead and built what I could figure out on my own.
But something I can't figure out is the joints. In videos, I see people manipulating the joints with their mouse in the Model space.
But I can't make that happen. When I edit a joint, I can animate it. But that's the only time I ever see it move.
Can someone take a look at my model and let me know what I'm missing?
I know that my wing nut and washer are too big for the flange they're engaging, but . . . with the joints that are there, why can't I manipulate them in the model. The retaining bolt won't swing out of the way. The clamp face won't swing up and over . . .
Don't know if this is the best way to share, but here's the model
Thanks!!!
