How to make rounded cut inside of a model?

Hello!
I am making a washbasin model and I want it to have rounded cut inside of it but I don't know how to do it. The model is in the shape of an ellipse and I want the cut to be ellipse too but I can't make it rounded inside with fillet or other functions. Is there any way to accomplish this seeming simple task?

I want it to be 7cm from the upper part of cut and 3cm from the other. That's why it has 2 ellipse sketches with different sizes.

The description of what you want to do is pretty ambiguous. I have no idea what geometry are you envisioning.

Can you create a hand sketch of what you want for this to look like ?

Another question: Have you gone through any of the tutorial courses in the Learn & Support section. of this forum?

I have seen a lot of tutorials but I couldn't find the solution to my problem. I don't know every features that fusion 360 is offering because I am new to this programme.
