How to make Guard Mesh Panels in Fusion 360

Hello.

I am new to this forum and I would like some ideas on  how to start my Fusion 360 library with my 3D parts.

My panels/Posts look the picture attached below.

These are all built the same way.

They only differ in width/height which then gives them different part numbers.

What I would like to do is create one master panel and as I stretch it in different lengths to create new parts.

I would like the 2x2 black mesh to also change with it every time i change the frame widths/heights.

Any good ideas on how to start this project?

I really appreciate your support.

A. P.

I would use a cosmetic texture for the mesh.

Build it as a parametric design, then you can change it on the fly.  The panels look regular, probably can build one parametric section and copy or pattern it.

loaded question.  how far down the rabbit hole you want to go?  start by clearly defining what parameters you want to control, and what you want fusion to figure out.

In the attached you control the frame size with the first 2 sketches.  and then the size of the enclosure is controlled by the specifying the number of segments (sections).

few dozen other ways this could be set up, depends a lot on what you want it to do.
