Hi. How can i make equal spacing to edge of construction square (highlited with red lines on screenshot)?

Use dimensions.  When setting a dimension you can click on another dimension to set the first dimension equal to the second.

 

You can also use the Midpoint constraint.

Hi,
Go to constraints >> symmetry >> select the corner vertex of the rectangle >> select the marked point ( you can make a construction line here). lastly, give the dimension from the outer construction to the rectangle.

Depending on your sketch, it is often quicker and easier to use the mirror tool. Draw only half of your sketch and mirror it and you will have equal spacing on both sides 🙂 Only works in certain situations but is always worth considering!
