How to make a mesh bottom flat from concave

I have made an assembly plate for a door mirror on a convex door surface. Plate bottom needs to be concave for a rigid object printed by PLA filament and needing support material. Now I would like to print it with a flexible material and then support material is not needed because the flexible plate bends on the convex door.

How could I bend this whole mesh so that bottom face is flat containing all other proportions of the mesh?

You won't be able to do that. Editing is also gong to be difficult as it looks like you are working with a .stl mesh.

However, this object is exceedingly simple to design in Fusion 360 so if you know all the dimensions it is likely easier to re-design the thing .

In order to design bent forms, you currently have to design them in their final form. Bending a already designed object cannot currently be done in Fusion 360.
