How to make a body smaller on one axis?

Hi

I have a simple battery Holder for 18650 Batteries with a length of 66.50mm. I need to reduce the length to 36.50mm to fit 18350 Batteries.

What would be the process to do that? Cut the body in 2 parts?  and then mirror the body again? Or is it a better way?

Ok I did it this way

Make a construction offset plane 18.25mm, then cut the body with this construction plane, remove the longer body and finally mirror (Create ->Mirror) the smaller body.

I love Fusion 360. Just started 15 Minutes ago!

Hi,

1. "Modify" > scale > non uniform (test it)

2.  Cut Body  (twice) > "Move" point to point
