How to loft edge of body to line?

Now I'm spending my course on coursera (1st photo). And there, he loft the egde of shape (3d body) to line (sketch).

And I can't do the same on my computer (2nd photo) . I can't choose the edge, It chose only the all profile. And i cant choose the line too.
Can you help me? please!

Loft to or from a line is only available from Surface tools.

You have sold tools active, you need his orange icons on the toolbar.
