How to give thickness to iphone 7 case?

How Do I give thickness to an iPhone case that I modeled? I can't extrude the curves on the side of the phone. ANd if I offset and stitch it together, there are still holes in between the 2 bodies.So how would I give the case some depth/thickness?

Thicken under modify in sculp work spaces, under create in the patch and model work spaces.
