How to get two lines to meet at a sharp corner.

So I am slowly getting the feel for Fusion, and quite loving it. I am using an attached canvas to help me sketch a leaf. When using Rhino 4.0 (my old software) I would, in this situation, simply fillet the two lines with a radius of 0 to get a sharp corner.  At this point I could just drag the points together but I would like to know if there is any feature that will automatically extend each line until they meet at a sharp point.

The answer is yes.  The Sketch Extend command will do this for you.

I noticed your curves are splines, so the answer is a bit more complex, but not much.  There are several ways to get this to work, one of which does involve Extend.
