How to form cuts using a sketch profile in a coil at even distances as separate bodies by not doing it manually?

Hello everyone,

I am trying to make a coiled tube with evenly spaced baffles 1 mm thick, but haven't came across a feature that would allow me to do it faster than cutting a coil on its path by evenly displaced plane sections along that path and then placing a sketch of a baffle and extruding it with a cut option. This takes hours of work and is not precise at all and leaves the cross section of a coil unevenly covered. Is there another way to achieving this? Maybe making a straight pipe with evenly spaced baffles as holes with thickness of 1 mm and then revolving it into a coil of defined pitch and number of revolutions? "Sweep" and "Revolve" features don't do the work as they are referenced to the sketch only and not a body (baffle in my case).

Hello @Anonymous ,

yes there are other possibilities. but without information (sketches) it is not possible to develop the solution.
the pipe command with the following arrangement on path should go.

Go to Create > Coil and set the desired diameter. Change the section shape to "Triangular (Internal)" and the section position to "Outside." This will set the inner edge of the triangular spiral to match up with your desired dimensions. Enter the rest of the information for the spiral.

Thanks and Regards,
