I have a dimension that is currently 0.2mm, but I want to flip the dimension (kinda like making it -0.2). Is there a way to do this without deleting the dimension and dragging the sketch elements?

If I am understanding what you want to do, NO, it is not possible. You will have to delete the dimension, move the line and then re-dimension the line location.

If you find the dimension in the parameters manager you can enter a minus number. You will need to be careful though and I've found it best to then edit the sketch and enter the correct positive number (the dimension will not flip sides when editing the sketch). Another option is to toggle the dimension to driven, drag across the zero line then toggle back to driving.
