How to export a design as a high quality image

Worth noting an alternative for when this turns up in searches. 

File, Image Capture, drop down menu Custom... is different from the other drop down menu options. Typing in 9999 does give a picture with more pixels. Note that the Resolution field grays out; the number stays which is misleading. 

Note that I tried to find the listing for File, Image Capture in the Product Documentation but couldn't find it (it's organized more by types of work than the menus).
