How to cut a sketch from a body?

Hi, does anyone knows how to cut a sketch from a body?. I need to cut away what's outlined in blue and the 8mm circle from the rest of the body.

The cutting geometry needs to be in one sketch and it also must be closed.  Once those conditions are met, use the Extrude|Cut operation.

Hi,

You can either extrude cut or use the sketch as a splitting tool and then remove the unwanted part by right-clicking it from the browser and selecting remove
