Hello there, I am new to fusion 360 and trying to create a roller conveyer with a tank on it. But I am stuck with the assembly of it. could you please help me create an assembly between roller and a box in a conveyer roller so that the tank moves along the conveyer, just as a tank would move on a conveyer rollers. Also, how can I make a simulation out of it? I have shared a link to the file, please help me with this. I would really appreciate your help.

Hi,

I have had a quick look at your model and there are a few issues I can see that probably should be fixed.

It appears that you have manually placed all of your rollers and some of them look a bit strange with the spacing

and there are a number of interfering components. A circular pattern may have been a better solution to get the

spacing a little more even.

You already have an assembly. The Inner and Outer Frames and the Rollers create the assembly within the top

component.

It isn't exactly clear what you want but I think you want to animate the Tank rolling around the assembly on the

rollers. I am not sure this is possible to do automagically, you might have to animate it by hand in a stop motion

style in the animation work environment. There is nothing that will drive the tank around like gears or such. What

makes the Tank move? Are one or more of the rollers driven by something?

What do you want to simulate? Animation will make it move. Simulation will calculate stresses and strains.

What is it you actually want us to do?

Cheers

Andrew

thank you for your quick response. I want the tank to move when clicked and
dragged. It would be great if you could tell how can I do it.

Before moving on to more complex assembly operations, my recommendation would be to learn proper modeling and assembly techniques. However, below is a video explaining how to achieve what you are asking for:
