How to convert to plat pattern for plasma cut?

Hello, I'm trying to convert an ellipse shape to sheet metal (actually I need to unfold or create flat pattern to cut sheet metal on plasma). I tried a few different ways but it seems like "convert to sheet metal" works only for simple shapes such tubes or boxes. If it more complex shape like ellipse or curved side of a box its not working. Is there any way to create flat pattern for a half ellipse or a curved shape? I need to convert to plat pattern both: the side and the half ellipse to cut on plasma (see the attached image)

Is there any other cad program that can make flat pattern (DXF, PDF, whatever) out of a model if Fusion 360 can't do it? I have a very practical task to plasma cut sheet metal of the models (attached image). I can't make anything except simple boxes using 'sheet metal'. If Fusion 360 can't make flat pattern I have to solve somehow the quiz.

Here is the file. I'll need to plasma cut the model in sheet metal. It's a simple model. Actually I tried to add thickness and tried a few different options but I found nothing worked for such an object, so, I'm attaching the very simple model without thickness.

I think this can be done, but do you understand that it would be 3 Components?

Also, your Sketch1 is not fully defined and not making use of symmetry about the Origin?

When I add the missing dimensions - they do not make logical sense.

Are your intended units inches or mm?

I understand  it'll be 3 welded metal parts (components). The model is not in scale because I tried hundreds times and this is just a simplified one out of hundred. I can make the right one just need  guide how to make to be able make flat pattern

Step 1 . Create a construction rectangle with proper dimensions at the Origin.

After many hours I was able to get flat pattern, thanks for the help. Just wondering how do you make dimensions to the points of the curve ? Manually?
