The Divide and Conquer method works well for finding the broken boundary points.  If you want to replace all of the line segments, then you'll need to manually create splines to fit.

I have not added this Add-in yet... Because the response of Fusion is not very good.. So, I am currently not adding any Add-ins...

I just saw the video, and thought of sharing it...

Thanks and Regards,

I've found that it's a good practice to actually try a solution before recommending it.  It's easy to miss some of the nuances of a problem.  Sadly, I must admit to missing many 😁

Yes Sir, I agree... (Maybe Shifting from the Topic), But I don't want to overload Fusion. As such I am very frustrated with it's working..

Thanks and Regards,

Rushabh Thakkar.

Hi,

here are cleaned files f3d and DXF
I removed duplicate vectors and converted the contours to Bezier with a tolerance of 0.001 mm.
This way the size of the file is dramatically reduced.

Good catch.  I should add hovering over the problem spots while depressing the left mouse button (Windows) to the Divide and Conquer method.  Removing the duplicates resolves the problem(s).  How did you do the deletions and conversion to Bezier?

Another failure mode is having Z axis offsets in the dxf file.  This can be found be selecting the geometry and checking the context menu for a menu item to move sketch items to the sketch plane.
