How to change units?

I have a dxf file that I imported into Fusion. I tried to extrude the file and the units are millimeters. I drew the file in inches in another program. But when I imported it into Fusion it is in millimeters. How can I switch to inches?

In the top left corner, there's a drop down arrow beside document settings. click the drop down arrow and it will bring up the units. From there, you can change the units to inches, and if that is your preferred unit, there is a check box for set as default. Also, make sure in preferences your default units are set to inches.

For anyone in 2022 trying to measure something in an imported document (STEP file in my case setup in Inches) and change the units in an existing document:

There is an option in the Object Browser called Document Settings just above Named Views, it has a change option when hovered over, which when clicked brings up the change units dialog.

Ok, good find, BUT ...
I drawed and parametrized in mm (by mistake and habbit), and now i want ALL to be converted to cm.
Using your method "change the units in an existing document", it only changes the NON-PARAMETRIZED measures / units , mmmm , 🤔
