How to bend the toe on the mannequin?

I download this mannequin https://grabcad.com/library/human-body-model-joints-for-fusion360-1

It has been very useful, so thanks to the people who created it.

I'd like to bend the toe, like when you press the ball of your feet down.  I consider myself very competent with Fusion 360, but I"m lost here.  I don't even know what kind of object this mannequin is.  Please coach me. Thanks,

Update: I learned about the surface workspace.  I figured out how to unstitch this foot shape.  I figured out how to delete some faces, to get rid of the most of the toe, and then patch it, and the stitch it back together.

However, my question now is, can I create new faces to create a different toe?

There is no joint at the toes of each fool, only the foot joint at the ankle,  In fact, you would have to create solids for the surfaces which the figure is composed of, if you want to separate the toes from the foot.  Model with the foot to ankle movement is attached.

I appreciate the help, but I was already aware there is no joint at the toes.  "...you would have to create solids for the surfaces which the figure is composed of..." OK, now how would I do this? I have used "create forms" before but the foot doesn't appear to be a form.

The Left foot is a hollow surface body.

Depending on how and where you want to cut the toe off the foot, then reseal (Patch / Stitch) and allow for clearance?

Needs to become a new Component and then Jointed with most likely a Revolve Joint.

Might help....
