How can I add the circled U symbol in the first tolerance of the feature control frame in a drawing?

I do not see the option for a circled U.

Circle U is the symbol in ASME standard. You can create a drawing from ASME standard, then circle U will be available in the symbol list, showing as the snapshot below

The circle U is available if I create a new ASME standard drawing, but it is not present when I use a template drawing. Here is the drawing template standards for my template. Could this be a bug?

I create a new template in the latest ProD build 2605.1.52, and create drawing from the template. The circle U is in FCF symbol, showing as attached video. 

Please create a new template or update/save the legacy template in latest ProD, and check if circle U works. If the issue is still there, please share the template with us for investigation.

I created a new template and it worked. The circled U is there. How do I update or save the legacy template? The backup plan is to recreate the template.

How can I add a revision table to a drawing template? I did it before, but I forgot how I did it.

Please open the legacy template; do any change; save it in the lastest build and check if circle U works. If not, creating a new template could be a workaround.
