So, idea is that for 3d printing I need to add extra material that will be machined/polished away later. Is there a way to add that extra 0.1mm dimention on every surface easily or do I need to do basically a new model with new dimentions? Think it as a coating that goes everywhere.

Uniform Scale it up in the slicing software, will be way easier than in Fusion.

Might help....

This might be one solution, although I'm a bit worried as those slicers do procents only, would need to import new SLT back to fusion for inspection before sending the file to 3d print house, I guess I would work.

It will depend a lot on the complexity of your model.  You can scale the original in fusion too.  or do an offset face, or shell it to the outside.  those last 2 won't work if you geometry is to crazy.
