how long is the appropriate wiat time for this forum

I sent a issue to the community as I am asked to do by the help menu and byt he fact that it is the only way to contact some one. I am really stressed out trying to learn this program and am sitting here for hours doing these youtube tutorials. I think that this program is great I am advocating everyone in my department at UCSC use it but when I get hung up it is imperative for users to have a way to ask an issue and get a reply I guess its a stupid simple question but its stopping my advancement and I need to know how to solve it. HOW DO I change the transparancy in the canvases.

If you want to change transparency of an Attached Canvas, just right click on it and choose Edit Canvas, then change the Canvas Opacity:

select the canvas in the browser and right click:

Choose Edit Canvas, then adjust the opacity slider:

Click OK and you are all set.

the appropriate wiat time is when people have time to answer, or as long as a pices of string they dont have people sitting on the form 24/7 so within 24 hours is good

well learning a new software will take time when you do it on your own so dont expect always instant answers. But this forum and the AD people and users are pretty good at responding with in a day or so.

If needs to go faster maybe get a tutor from the forum to sit down via Skype with you.
