How do you position a part in space?

Assuming a part or subassembly comes in skewed, how does one go about positioning it aligned to the origin planes?

I would use Align and Move. First turn on the Origin then run Align and pick a plane and then pick a face.

When you have the part aligned corectly use Move and point to point.

Got it, Thank you! I see you can also select a face and a plane first, then RMB > Align Components
